Meeting transcripts and notes
Transcribe recordings and turn them into notes. The audio is priced per minute and the notes per token.
Why the bill is hard to read
Audio and text are billed in different units, so the cost of one meeting is two numbers added together.
How AVELIN is used
whisper-large-v3 transcribes at $0.006 per minute. avelin-pro writes the notes from the transcript. Add the two. Transcription cost is the minutes of audio multiplied by the per-minute price.
Transcribe
Send the recording to whisper-large-v3 and keep the transcript.
Summarize

Store

Cost per task = the sum, over every call in the task, of (input tokens × input price + output tokens × output price) ÷ 1,000,000. Add cache write and cache read tokens at their own rates, and add any web requests at their per-request price.
- Minutes of audio per meeting.
- Transcript tokens sent for the notes.
- Notes tokens returned.
Count this workload on your own runs, or request a POC and we price one workload at list price beside your current bill.
